Shipping Policy

We know how important it is to receive your order as soon as possible. Here is what you can expect from our shipping policy:

Standard Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During sales, promotions, and product launches, processing time may take up to 3-5 business days.

Shipping Time

Orders arrive within 3-7 business days after the order has been shipped. Please note that orders are not shipped on Sundays, holidays or during unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters.

If you want your order to arrive earlier, we offer expedited delivery services at an additional fee. Processing times for expedited orders are prioritized, and they typically arrive within 1-2 business days after the order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination. You will be able to choose from different shipping options and see the cost before checking out.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can easily track your package.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options to include international orders soon.

Unforeseen Delays

Please note that unforeseen delays can happen during transit due to reasons beyond our control, such as weather or carrier issues. We will do our best to communicate any potential delays and work with you to resolve any issues that arise.

Return and Exchange Policy

At Gypsy Muse, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy:

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn and in the same condition that it was received, with original packaging included. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized items.

Time Frame
Requests for a return or exchange must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

How to Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Email our customer support team at contact@gypsymusejewelry.com with the subject line: "Return/Exchange Request for Order #[your order number]"
2. In the email, include your name, order number, reason for the return/exchange, and whether you would like a refund or exchange
3. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.
4. Once we receive your return/exchange, we will process the refund/exchange within 5 business days.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
